UEFA A Coaching License – French Football Association

Mickael brings extensive experience leading football academies around the world and possess a significant amount of experience and knowledge in the field of football coaching. Mickael worked as the Head Coach for PSG Under 13 and Under 17 teams in Paris, France, where he was responsible for developing and implementing training programs, tactics, game strategies, and ensuring player development.

More recently, Mickael has been the Technical Director for PSG Academy in Moscow, Russia where he was responsible of developing & implementing the whole PSG Academy Methodologies, as well as Baltika FC, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the academy, including player recruitment, training, and development, as well as overseeing the coaching staff.

Mickael has obtained the prestigious UEFA A Coaching License from the French Football Association, seen as the gold standard for coaching at a professional level across Europe. UEFA coaching licenses are widely recognized as one of the most prestigious coaching qualifications in the world of football.

Fluent in four different languages: French, English, Russian, and Spanish, Mickael is an asset to PSG Academy Hong Kong/Macau, with his experience of working with players and staff from a range of diverse backgrounds.
