Coach Maddox is a former professional football player with a rich background, having played for prestigious clubs like Kitchee, Southern, and Hong Kong Football Club. He also represented Hong Kong’s U23 national team. Drawing on his on-field experience, Maddox earned the FAW - Wales Federation C certificate and has been coaching for five years.

Known for his love of dribbling, Maddox focuses on developing players' individual skills, emphasising creativity and ball mastery to help young talents refine their technique and thrive on the field.
