Alois holds a UEFA B Coaching License and brings a strong football background, having played in professional academies and as a semi-professional player with various clubs in France. At Montrouge FC 92 in Paris, he successfully coached youth teams from under 6s to under 13s and served as an assistant trainer for the under 18 team, playing a pivotal role in player development.

In addition to his coaching and playing experience, Alois has also excelled in leadership roles, notably as Deputy Manager and Head Coach at the PSG Academy at Urban Soccer Meudon. Building on his extensive experience, Alois will now take on the role of Head of Development at the PSG Academy in Hong Kong, where he will oversee the growth and progression of young talent, ensuring they reach their full potential within the academy’s elite training environment.
