Alois holds a UEFA B Coaching License and has a strong football background as a semi-professional player with various clubs in France. Alois has been a youth coach at Montrouge FC 92, Paris, where he coached youth teams ranging from under 6s to under 13s and serve as an assistant trainer for the under 18 team.

In addition to his coaching and playing experience, Alois has experience as a Deputy Manager and Head Coach of the PSG Academy at Urban Soccer Meudon.
